We recommend booking 1-6 months in advance for optimal date availability, especially for weddings and large events. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! We provide services throughout the tri-state area. For destinations beyond 50 miles, a travel fee may apply. Contact us for specific quotes.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely! We offer fully customizable packages combining any of our services. Share your requirements, and we’ll create a personalized quote.
How long does it take to receive photos/video?
Photos are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks, and videos within 4-6 weeks. We also offer rush delivery options for an additional fee.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. Within 30 days, a 50% refund is provided. Please review our full terms for details.
Do you provide raw footage/unedited photos
Our packages include professionally edited photos and videos. Raw files can be purchased separately upon request.
